What happens when I hit a plan limit?
You'll see a clear notification. You can upgrade to a higher tier instantly, or contact us for a custom arrangement if you need specific adjustments.
What's the 1.5% online payment fee?
This only applies when customers pay through Dinebird's online payment gateway. Cash and card terminal payments tracked in the system are completely free.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What if I need more than 10 locations?
Contact our sales team for a custom Enterprise arrangement. We offer volume pricing and dedicated support for large restaurant groups.
Do guests need an account to order?
No. Guests scan a QR code at their table and can order directly — no app download or account required.
